Exeter District Dialogue

Carleigh met with voters in Exeter at the home of public school teachers, Joel and Laura, to hear what they wished politicians understood better about their experiences and their community. We talked about the attacks on public education and the arts that we are seeing as parents and teachers and about looking for something to feel hopeful about after Democratic losses in 2024.

Real change begins in small gatherings like this one. Conversations and community-building knit us together and give us the courage to stand up for our values. Carleigh is proudly and happily prioritizing real conversations with constituents over content creation for social media because she knows that democracy works better offline.
