September IRL Recap
On the campaign trail in September, Carleigh has continued to show that the best politics start with people— by being present, listening intently, and investing in relationships that strengthen our communities. This month, she doubled down on building trust and momentum, proving that Granite Staters want leaders who don’t talk at you, but take the time to listen and learn. In September, Carleigh:
✊Kicked off the month in solidarity with unions at the AFL-CIO Labor Day Breakfast and joined the picket line with members of IBEW Local 1837 to support them in their fight for a fair contract (again!)
🇺🇸Joined Granite Staters in Hampton at the September 11th remembrance ceremony to honor the lives lost and recognize the courage of first responders
🪧Protested to get ICE out of Pease
🗣️Led more district dialogues in Exeter, Hampton, Derry, Wolfeboro, and Durham
🍦 Spent time in community with democrats and allies across the state at the Carroll County Democrats Candidate Forum, Exeter Democratic Committee Monthly Meeting, NH Young Democrats BBQ in Manchester, Hillsborough County Democratic Committee Picnic, Hampton Democratic Committee Picnic, and Cones with Candidates in Merrimack
🧑🚒Learned from frontline workers at the Professional Firefighters of New Hampshire in Derry, and the 20th anniversary celebration of the successful fight to save the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard
📝 Wrote and op-ed in the Union Leader with Shannon Tremblay about childcare infrastructure in New Hampshire
And more!
