“We're seeing people, pouring fuel on partisan fires and preaching to the choirs, and they're doing that to raise more money, and it's not winning over anybody, and it's not helping to de-escalate the situation that we're in right now. And I think that it's frankly making us a lot less safe, because instead of actually holding social media corporations accountable for what they're posting online, which they could be doing, they're choosing not to do that.”

Child care is not a perk. It’s the backbone of our economy. If New Hampshire wants families and businesses to thrive, investing in child care is not optional. It’s essential.

Carleigh and her family love their little neighborhood of Surfside Park in Hampton. It is a place where neighbors sit out on each otherʼs porches and visit lemonade stands. For decades, the state has sent troubled youth to the state-run Youth Development Center (YDC), also known as the Sununu Youth Services Center. But in recent years, nearly 2,000 victims have come forward with allegations of abuse they faced at the YDC, spanning decades.

Accountability and restitution for the survivors is long overdue.

Carleigh joined members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1837 on the picket line on Wednesday morning. These operators, who manage the transmission and distribution electric grids across Eversource’s New Hampshire service territory, took to the picket line after months of stalled negotiations.
